Terms & Conditions

Our agency provides a comprehensive suite of digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, and email marketing campaigns. Each client project will start with a detailed proposal outlining the specific services to be delivered, project timelines, and any unique client requirements. This proposal serves as the scope of work agreement which must be approved by both parties before work commences. Services outside of this scope may be available but will require separate negotiations and billing.

We issue invoices on the last Friday of each month, and payment is due upon receipt. Accepted methods of payment are etransfer or cheque. Please note, late payments may incur a charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. If there are any discrepancies or questions concerning your invoice, we encourage you to contact us promptly to ensure swift resolution.

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice 30 days in advance. Upon termination, all unpaid work up to the point of cancellation will be billed and is due upon receipt. If the termination is initiated by the client and occurs before the completion of the agreed-upon services, the client is responsible for any work completed to date, which may include costs incurred for outsourced materials or services. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered. Both parties agree to fulfill their responsibilities outlined in the scope of work until the termination date.
